Eliminate The Weakness: π
You will never be able to eliminate a weakness you don't even know about .π The first habit to eliminating a negative habit is to become aware of it . Once you develop the awareness about the behavior , you are trying to change . You will be well on your way to replacing it with one that is more helpful . As an authoress ,I frequently invited to appear in various workshops / training sessions / seminars / online presentations to share my knowledge . This learning journey was only when I began when I tape myself and study those tapes that I realized something I had been unaware of : π"The power to CNANGE your life lies in the smallest of steps" { Steve John }
Become of our weakness the first step to eliminating it . How I do it , I went to my favorite bookstores and bought a few books on effective communication . I also listen audios and videos on several topics to improve and learn more to share it with other learners . I also join the national speakers association and learn from them . I educated myself on how to improve my learning so that I could share my educational messages effectively . I have found as well that becoming aware of a weakness , that is , paying attention to it. Also attracts more solutions into one's life .

Self awareness is your ability to perceive and understand the things that make you are as an individual , including your personality , actions, values, beliefs and thoughts . Essentially, it is a psychological state in which the self become the focus of attention. I must say that not only does understanding your weaknesses help you prioritize where to bring in help , that level of self - awareness is a key component of emotional intelligence as well .
