amount of energy  , creativity and potential , it is essential that you do what is required to close the integrity gap . On a daily basis , in doing so you will be true to yourself . In making this effort , you will be far more authentic , professionally , personally and spiritually .💕

I invite you to engage in a very powerful exercise : take a piece

of  paper and write down 5 devotions for your professional life  . These are 5 things that you will stand for , no matter what happen , within the realm of your professional work . These might be " impeccable integrity " . Relentless  innovation  being the kindest person  that I know  or living each day as it was my last day . Then set 5 devotions for your personal life such as , no matter what happens , I will take 30 minutes to exercise to everyday or no matter how busy I get , I will always spend quality time each day with my family or friends , no matter what comes up , I will begin each day at 5 am  with a period of a silence reflection so that I can live life on my own terms .😊
