Leadership is a set of behavior used to help people align their collective directions , to execute strategies plans , and to continually renew an organization . Leadership is an art to motivating the people to work and focused towards a planned objective . It also encourages them to take up the responsibilities and grow personally and professionally .  A leadership is a vital management function that ensures improved efficiency and achievements . 

2.IMPORTANCE OF LEADERSHIP :

Leadership provide guidance , an inspiration and motivation when achieving goals .💖They help to create a vision rally people  around a common cause .Leaders possess the necessary skills and knowledge to make informed decisions and solved problems effectively .  Also the leadership important because it improves morale , engages people trusting relationship , inspires confidence and enables innovation . Because of leadership people come  

together to make things happen .😊

Good leaders possess self- awareness , leading to the people credibility , focus on relationship - building , having an action , exhibiting humility and empower others . Stay authentic , present themselves as constant and consistent , become role models and are fully present . Effective and competent , skilled secure and considerate . 💕 These leaders find time for everyone ; they are genuine and authentic in their communications and actions . People matter to them , and they openly demonstrates this fact to their people

4.A  LEADER ROLE IN THE SOCIETY:

A  leader is someone who directs and motivates a group of people  in society 👫or an individual 👲 to accomplish a certain goal . These who are leaders inspire followers to take the initiatives necessary for success . The abilities requires to be an effective leader must be developed learning and practice . Also a leader provides an opportunities to the people , specially young people that to motivate them that education helps them to understand their position and recognize the opportunities available to them . Acquiring new knowledge and skills opens the doors to better future , which in turn directly impact the progress of the entire community .

5. CHARACTERISTICS OF LEADERSHIP : 

1. It is inter- personal process in which a leader is in to influencing and guiding people towards attainment of goals . 

2. It denotes a few qualities to be present in a person which includes intelligence , maturity and personality . 

3. It is a group process . It involves two or more people interacting with each other . 

4.A leader is involve in shaping and moulding  the behavior of the group towards  accomplishment their goals . 

5. Leadership is a situation bound . Their is no best style of leadership . It all depends upon tackling with the situations .
